坐着放空的感觉真的很好

In Japan, our main event was Universal Studio, and Kyoto – was the bamboo forest. We did quite a bit of research and had things booked in advance.

It’s all about green teas in Kyoto. Matcha ice cream, green tea, and any desserts with green teas.

We booked a couple plan from Klook for Kimono rental. The place was walking distance to the Arashiyama streets, near the train station.

They were already expecting us and was very efficient. They let us to choose the Kimono/yukata first after making payment. And we are both done in 15minutes inclusive of hairdo. Impressive.

After a little waiting, we finally hop on to our rickshaw and begun our journey.

We headed to Houkyoin, the hidden gem in Arashiyama. We manage to see part of the place and the beauty already caught our breath.

By the end of this trip, we’ve had plenty of desserts and green tea. But this has caught our attention! Beef tongue curry rice.

Kyoto carries this old and new, mysterious, a town with story to tell..
