It’s the time of the year again where the sounds of fireworks in the late night, random sound of awakening the lion in the mall, or neighbourhood. Where food is ALWAYS available – mandarin oranges, bak khwa, 100plus, shandy, nga gu biscuits.

Can you believe my parents are already 76years old?

Hotpot on chor1 as usual! I guess we did portion control pretty well this year. Earnest got us a lots of seafood, I must say, we’ve embraced a lot of thank yous this year.

Our reunion dinner 100% done by le mama. She’s amazing ain’t? Growing older makes me feel that I’ve treasure these times more. Eating mom’s home cook, and admiring the food she made, the preparation she had for the festives.

I’d like to see my friends, but most of the time I wish it was convenient. but relationships doesn’t built on convenience, but intentions. Oh well.
